Manifold Valve
These are five valves isolation manifold with remote mounting (pipe to flange) feature. Have two process isolation valve and one equalizer valve to equalize the two sides. Standard model has two inlets of 1/2”, two outlets of 1/2” with two vent of 1/4”. Supplied with mounting holes for wall or bracket mounting. The centre distance for process and instrument side is maintained 54mm to facilitate transmitter connections.

- 2x isolation, 1x equalizing valve for instrument balancing applications and 2x vent valve.
- All valves have 2-piece non-rotating hardened (17-4PH) tips as standard for bubble tight shut off & long service life.
- Metal to Metal body bonnet seal for high pressure and high temperature sealing.
- 4 x 12.5 mm diameter mounting holes as standard.
- Temperature range 100 ºC to 230 ºC (400 ºC with G option).
- Available in 316 Stainless steel, Monel, Duplex & other exotic materials.
- Mounting holes as standard to allow fixing to pipe stand or enclosures.
- Complete material traceability.
- Also available with material compliance to NACE MR-01-75.

NOTE:
- For BSPT connection use R instead of N. eg. AMV 2R 2 8R.
- For temperature rating of 400 ºC, Grafoil packing add - G to Part no.
- All dimensions are in millimeter and for reference only.
- Valve open tolerance is ±2mm and other ±0.5mm.
